You probably know families who vacation in "the mountains." But never like this! On this journey, we take chairlift rides to Alpine meadows. Hop on bikes for an easy excursion in the Simme River valley. We eat lunch in a revolving mountaintop restaurant made famous by James Bond. And travel by funicular and foot to a hotel in a little town where no cars are allowed. There are chances to herd goats…make gooey fondue…try the craft of silhouette cutting. When the adults choose not to join in, we arrange a tour of painted farmhouse chalets and a breathtaking stroll in a wildflower meadow, among other options. On several evenings we’ll entertain the kids so you can dine on your own or take time to attend a local jazz concert.
